These terms cover your use of propermarketing.com and the Proper suite at app.propermarketing.com. By creating an account or using the suite you agree to them.
The service
Proper Marketing provides a suite of marketing products your team uses under one login. The suite is early and changes often; features may be added, changed, or removed as it develops.
Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use the suite, and accounts belong to organizations. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An organization's owners and admins decide who belongs to it and what role they hold; Proper Marketing does not mediate disputes inside an organization.
Your content
What you and your team put into the suite stays yours. You give Proper Marketing the permission needed to store, process, and show it so the products work, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for what you publish from the suite.
Acceptable use
Use the suite lawfully and for your own business. Do not use it to send spam, infringe anyone's rights, break the law, attack or overload the service, or try to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
The suite is free during its early period. Paid plans will come with clear pricing and notice before anything is charged; nothing is billed without your agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the suite up and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The suite is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Proper Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses above what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending things
You can stop using the suite at any time, and an organization's owner can ask us to delete it. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell signed-in users in the suite. Continuing to use the suite after that means you accept the new terms.
